At Sehatcheck, we strive to provide a seamless experience by offering diagnostic services through our trusted partners, Thyrocare and Healthians. As we act as a mediator between you and the diagnostic service providers, Sehatcheck itself does not handle sample collection, testing, report generation, or payment processing. Please read the following policy carefully. 1. No Returns or Refunds Sehatcheck serves as a booking platform for diagnostic services provided by our partners. Since the services involve sample collection and laboratory analysis, we do not offer any returns or refunds once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed. This is due to the nature of the services and the involvement of third-party diagnostic providers. 2. Cancellations Cancellations or changes to your booking can only be processed before the sample collection has been initiated. Please contact us at support@sehatcheck.com immediately if you need to modify or cancel your booking. For cancellations initiated before the sample collection, any refund will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policies of the diagnostic provider (Thyrocare or Healthians). No cancellations will be entertained after the sample has been collected. 3. Issues with Services If you face any issues related to sample collection, test results, or any other part of the diagnostic process, please reach out to our partners directly: Thyrocare – You can contact Thyrocare's support team for issues related to your booking or test results. Healthians – Healthians' customer support is available to assist with any concerns regarding their services. We recommend that you also inform Sehatcheck of the issue, and we will facilitate communication between you and the respective service provider to resolve the matter. 4. Discrepancies in Reports For any concerns about the accuracy of test reports, Sehatcheck advises you to directly contact the diagnostic provider responsible for generating the report. Thyrocare and Healthians will investigate and rectify any errors as per their own policies. 5. Refunds Due to Service Failure If the diagnostic service provider fails to deliver the service, such as missing a scheduled home collection or failing to provide a report, any refund request will be processed according to the provider's refund policy. Sehatcheck will assist in coordinating the refund process, but the final decision lies with the service provider. 6.
